1. Overview

This website, moctranh.vn, is operated by Mộc Tranh, an online shop based in Hồ Chí Minh City, Việt Nam, that sells printed canvas wall art. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mộc Tranh. By visiting our website, following our social media channels or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products

  • Our products are canvas prints (tranh in canvas) of artworks, printed full-bleed, available unframed or with one of our frame options shown on each product page. Every artwork has a product code in the form MT-xxxxx.
  • Room photos on our website and social channels are illustrations that show how a print may look in a space. Some of these illustrations are created with AI tools. Actual colors may vary slightly because of screen settings and printing materials.
  • We may change, discontinue or update products, prices and descriptions at any time.

3. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are shown in Vietnamese đồng (VND). The price and any shipping fee are confirmed at checkout or when we confirm your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

  • We deliver within Việt Nam. Estimated delivery times are communicated when we confirm your order.
  • If your print arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the product or refund you after checking.
  • Because each print is produced to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless agreed with us in advance.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, product photos, videos, room illustrations, the Mộc Tranh name and logo belong to Mộc Tranh or are used with permission. You may share links to our content, but you may not copy, resell or reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Our videos and YouTube

We publish our own videos on our YouTube channel "Mộc Tranh" (youtube.com/@moctranh-vn). We use the YouTube API Services, through an internal tool used only by the shop owner, to upload and manage videos on our own channel and to read our own channel analytics. By watching or interacting with our content on YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and our own data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links and platforms

Our website and channels may link to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Shopee. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms; their own terms and policies apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Việt Nam, Mộc Tranh is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Việt Nam.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page.
